Nvidia Built the AI Boom. Now the Bottlenecks Are Getting Interesting.

Weekly Stock Market Outlook
Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) helped define the first phase of the artificial-intelligence boom. It supplied the scarce compute that made larger models possible, and for several years the investment question was largely a question about GPUs.
That question is no longer sufficient.
As AI clusters become larger, the constraint is moving outward from the processor. Hyperscalers need chips designed for their own workloads. Thousands of accelerators need to communicate without leaving expensive compute idle. And none of it works unless data centers can secure generation capacity, transformers, switchgear and a connection to the grid.
That is the backdrop behind this week’s three companies: Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO), Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) and GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV).
On December 12th, we will be bringing together investors and long-term thinkers at Fairmont Mt. Kenya Safari Club, Nanyuki for the Annual Henriot Capital Investor’s Summit. A full day of research, markets, meaningful conversations and shared experiences, built around one idea: long-term wealth conversations for future generations. Request an invitation below.
They represent three different layers of the same buildout. Broadcom sits at the intersection of custom compute and networking silicon. Arista supplies the connectivity that turns racks of processors into one functioning system. GE Vernova supplies the generation and grid equipment required to energize that system.
The investment question is therefore changing from “Who sells the accelerator?” to:
“What becomes scarce when the industry tries to deploy accelerators at scale?”
