The role focuses on understanding each client’s broader financial situation, communicating goals-based investment solutions, and working closely with internal investment teams to ensure portfolios are aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.

This is a commission-based engagement designed for advisors who prefer long-term relationships over transactional selling.

Role Summary
 

Principal Responsibilities
 

  • Developing a deep understanding of each client’s overall financial position and long-term objectives

  • Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and key industry participants across listed and non-listed markets

  • Engaging prospective investors in structured, consultative discussions

  • Understanding investor objectives, risk tolerance, and investment horizons

  • Engaging prospective investors in structured, consultative discussions

  • Understanding investor objectives, risk tolerance, and investment horizons

  • Communicating our investment approach, structure, and long-term philosophy clearly

  • Supporting the onboarding and documentation process in collaboration with internal teams

  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with investors within your coverage

  • Building a sustainable advisory book across local and offshore markets

  • Operating within agreed compliance and operational frameworks

  • Remaining informed on market developments and strategy updates

  • Supporting the steady growth of assets under management (AUM) through existing relationships and new advisory engagements

Experience & Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant Field

  • Progress toward or enrolment in a relevant professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, CAIA, CISI) is an advantage

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in investment management, private wealth, or related financial services roles

  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets

  • Existing professional relationships aligned with private wealth or institutional client profiles
