About Henriot
 

Henriot is launching a 6-month Internship Program built to prepare high-performing candidates for high finance environment. This is a rigorous, structured experience with real deliverables across data analysis, investment research, and data visualization, plus intensive development in PowerPoint and investor-grade communication. Interns gain exposure across an investment company, fund side, fund accounting, research, quant, marketing, HR, and more, with the opportunity for a full-time role after successful completion.

Henriot Internship Program
 

The goal of the program is to equip interns with the technical knowledge, communication ability, and execution discipline required to succeed in demanding high finance environments. By the end of the program, interns should be able to produce investor-grade analysis and materials, communicate confidently, and contribute across the core functions of an investment firm.

Purpose of the program
 

  • Investment Research & Analysis (Core): You will conduct structured investment research on companies, sectors, macro themes, and market developments, and summarize findings into clear, investor-friendly outputs such as briefs, memos, and one-pagers. You will also track and analyze key market indicators, earnings, newsflow, and valuation metrics, while helping maintain research templates like company profiles, dashboards, and watchlists.

  • Writing, Editing & Quality Control (Compulsory): You will edit and proofread investor-facing materials to ensure accuracy of financial terms and claims, strong structure and clarity, and high standards of grammar, tone, and readability aligned with internal style guidelines. You will also fact-check figures, sources, and references before anything is shared, consistently upholding quality and catching errors before they reach investors.

  • Investor Communication Support: You will draft and refine written communications to investors, including updates, summaries, short notes, and FAQs, translating technical investment concepts into concise, accessible language. You will support investor calls and meetings by preparing agendas, talking points, taking notes, and coordinating follow-ups, while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all communications.

  • Presentation Development: You will create and refine PowerPoint decks for investor updates and research presentations, improving slide structure, visual clarity, and executive-level polish. You will also turn complex analysis into clean charts, tables, and compelling slide narratives.

  • Social Media Content Creation: You will design social media content using Canva and translate research insights into carousels, infographics, short posts, and visual summaries that are simple, compelling, accurate, and compliant. You will support a content calendar and help maintain consistent brand tone, quality, and visual standards across all content.

What You'll Do
 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong investment and financial literacy: understands basic finance & investment terms and can read and summarize financial information.

  • Excellent writing + editing: you can write clearly and you catch mistakes others miss.

  • High attention to detail: consistent quality control is a must.

  • Excel proficiency: comfort with formulas, tables, formatting, charts; ability to organize and analyze data cleanly.

  • PowerPoint proficiency: ability to create investor-grade slides (clean, logical, visually consistent).

  • Canva proficiency: confident creating social content with strong visual standards.

  • Strong communication: comfortable writing to and supporting communications intended for investors.

  • Reliable and self-directed: able to work remotely, manage time well, and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Nice to have)

  • Prior experience in: investment research, equity research, asset management, VC, IB, or finance content creation

  • Familiarity with valuation concepts (multiples, DCF basics, sum of parts)

  • Comfort working with structured workflows (content calendars, checklists, templates, version control, MS Office)

  • Ability to interpret charts and datasets and convert them into clean narratives

  • Basic knowledge of markets (rates, inflation, FX, commodities, earnings cycles)
