Sterling Infrastructure Inc  |  Valuation date 28 October 2026  |  Updated rating Strong Buy

Summary

  • I maintain a Strong Buy rating at the current price. The operating thesis is stronger, but the original $728.29 entry has lost 46.6%, so the old timing call failed.

  • 3Q FY 2026 revenue reached $1.564 Bn and adjusted EPS reached $7.58, beating consensus by about 31% and 22%, respectively.

  • The mission-critical thesis strengthened again: E-Infrastructure revenue rose 212%, organic revenue grew about 70%, and total scoped work approached $8 Bn.

  • My base case values Sterling at $548 per share, using 22.0x my 2027 adjusted EPS estimate of $27.85 and a 10% discount rate. That implies 41% upside from $388.87.
