About Henriot
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator who will own our day-to-day content execution across Social Media & PR platforms. Your job is simple to describe and demanding to do well: create great content, edit it, post it, optimize it, and manage everything around marketing and community.

This role sits in finance, so you’ll need to be investment-savvy. You don’t have to be a portfolio manager, but you should understand basic finance language and be comfortable turning market and investment ideas into content that’s clear, accurate, and on-brand.
Role Summary
-
Content Creation (Core):
-
Create content primarily using Canva (graphics, carousels, story layouts, thumbnails, banners).
-
Produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, including basic motion/animations where needed.
-
Translate investment and business topics into content that’s easy to understand without dumbing it down.
-
Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms (fonts, spacing, tone, formatting).
-

-
Video Editing:
-
Edit videos using CapCut (and Canva when appropriate): trimming, captions/subtitles, pacing, transitions, basic audio cleanup.
-
Create platform-ready versions of the same video (different aspect ratios, runtimes, hooks, captions).
-
Package videos properly: titles, cover frames, captions, and formatting that fits each platform.

-
Posting, Scheduling, and Optimization
-
Post and schedule content across platforms (Meta tools are fine. Any scheduling tool is fine too).
-
Optimize captions, hashtags, thumbnails, posting times, and formats based on performance.
-
Run weekly content planning and keep a simple content calendar active and realistic.
-
Repurpose content across platforms without making it look copy-pasted.
-
Presentation Development:
-
Reply to comments and messages professionally, quickly, and in the brand voice.
-
Moderate conversations when needed and escalate anything sensitive.
-
Keep engagement clean and human. No spammy behavior
-

-
Marketing and PR Suppor
-
Support brand growth through smart distribution and collaboration ideas (cross-posting, partnerships, community pages, relevant conversations).
-
Draft simple PR-style content when needed (announcements, short statements, campaign copy, community updates).
-
Help maintain a polished public presence across channels and touchpoints.
-

What You'll Do
What Success Looks Like
-
Consistent output of clean, professional content every week.
-
Visible improvement in engagement quality (not just vanity likes).
-
Better retention on videos through tighter editing and stronger hooks.
-
Faster, more thoughtful community responses.
-
A content system that runs smoothly without last-minute chaos.
Required Skills and Experience
-
Strong Canva skills. You can produce clean carousels and branded posts fast.
-
Comfortable with CapCut (or similar) for short-form video editing.
-
Solid understanding of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, X, TikTok and what works on each.
-
Good writing skills for captions and short scripts. Clear, concise, and professional.
-
Strong formatting sense. Spacing, alignment, consistency, and readability matter.
-
You’re investment-savvy and comfortable with finance terms and market context.
-
Confident communicator. You can reply to comments and messages like a real person, not like a robot.
Nice To Have
-
Experience working with a finance brand, investment firm, fintech, business media, or finance creator.
-
Basic skills in analytics and reporting (reach, saves, shares, watch time, CTR).
-
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, or simple social reporting templates.
-
Ability to write simple scripts for reels and short videos.
Working Style Fit
-
This role is a fit if you’re someone who:
-
Moves fast but doesn’t get sloppy.
-
Can take a rough idea and turn it into a finished post without hand-holding.
-
Understands that finance content has to be accurate, not just aesthetic.
-
Enjoys improving performance through small, steady iteration.
