Navitas Semiconductor: Buying the AI Power Revolution Before the Turnaround Is Fully Priced

Summary

  • I rate Navitas Semiconductor a Strong Buy because the company has successfully repositioned itself from a consumer-focused semiconductor business to a high-power semiconductor company serving AI data centers, energy infrastructure, performance computing, and industrial electrification. I believe this transformation is still underappreciated by the market.

  • The company's growth is being driven by accelerating adoption of gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) technologies across AI data centers, power infrastructure, electric vehicles, and industrial applications. Management expects these higher-value markets to drive sequential revenue growth throughout 2026 and beyond.

  • Although Navitas remains unprofitable today, recent financial results suggest the turnaround is gaining momentum. Revenue returned to sequential growth, gross margins continue improving, and management believes the company is ahead of its own internal expectations.

  • The biggest risks remain execution, customer adoption, and semiconductor industry cyclicality. However, I believe Navitas' technology leadership, growing AI exposure, and strong balance sheet provide an attractive long-term risk-reward profile.
